Book a Drain Survey with a smoke test to examine your drains for where rodents are getting access to your property.

We work with professional drain engineers who use CCTV cameras and record the state of the drain pipes we enter so that any breaks, holes, bad joints or cracks can be identified as access points for the rodents.

In addition, they do a smoke test of the lines particularly should there be connections which cannot be accessed

This is a pumped and pressurized system to identify if there are any rodent access points which we could not identify on cctv. The smoke we use is identical to that at music concerts and is completely safe. If the smoke can get into your house, so can a rat !!

They can also fit a rodent / rat stopper in the correct drain pipe to prevent additional rats access to your property. It is important to understand that this work does not remove the rodents from your property. They work closely with highly professional pest control companies who will lay bait and/or set traps to eliminate those already there.

The solution is not necessarily an immediate one as the rats / rodents need to be baited from the property and repairs to drains and installation of stoppers will prevent future entry through the problems identified.
